I loved Christine Middlecamps folded circle technique for making a very cool scallop border. It was on her blog today and, as you can see, I couldn't wait to try it out. Really, this layout is for the 101 Challenge. The challenge was to use a template of some kind to get a design and then use dimensional paint to make dots outlining the design.
