I made the focal piece on this card quite a while ago. A few days ago, I finally made it into a birthday card; I wanted something special for a special friend. There's the tiniest bit of glitter on the image that doesn't show up here.
CARD: 4 ¼” x 5 ½” Card Base—Bazzill (Prismatics Intense Kiwi) Mats—Neenah Classic Crest Solar White; unknown blue, finely-striped patterned paper Sentiment—Michael Strong stamp Ranger Seafoam White Embossing Powder (to heat emboss the sentiment)
FOCAL PIECE: 90-lb. cold press watercolor paper Dreamweaver Stencil—Bird and Blossoms Kaleidacolor Ink Pads (for stenciling the color) Dreamweaver Regular Embossing Paste (It has a matte finsh.) Judikins Prisma Ultra-Fine Glitter
I think I stenciled the color first and then paste embossed because there's just a touch of glitter, and I would have had to add that to wet embossing paste.
