tried a bunch of techniques and threw it all together on one card, ha ha. tried puffy paint thru a stencil instead of embossing paste and then I sprayed inks but the puffy paint was all bubbly so I covered it up of sorts. then tried puffy paint for the top scroll and it worked ok because it was not too thick. got the mini blossoms spellbinders die and I love it. stamped script on the big flower before rolling it up. washi tape of course on the background die cut and the edge of card.
