Caramel Glazed Chocolate-Vanilla Dessert

Had to have a dessert in a hurry for 10 people & no time to shop. The plates were nearly licked clean, which made me happy. Leftovers are my downfall!
RECIPE: Cut store bought cookie dough & place in broiler pan or 9 x 13 pan & bake till done. Cool. Melt 1 can sweetened condensed & 4 oz. bar unsweetened chocolate (broken up in to pieces) in microwave for approx. 2 min. stirring every 30 seconds. Cool to room temp. Whip 1 cup whipping cream till stiff peaks & fold in a bit at a time into cooled chocolate as it will be very thick. Spread over crust. Beat 1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese at room temp. with 1/4 cup powder sugar & 2 Tbsp. milk. Fold in 8 oz. whip topping & quickly spoon over chocolate. Spread with caramel sauce layer & mini chocolate chips. Chill overnight.
