Give a Cheer
Another scrap your favorite page. I saw the original "Stars and Stripes' by Veera on Studio Calico's blog and loved it so much. I had taken this photo of an enormous American flag that flies near the RV park my parents were staying at on the 126 in Valencia and knew the photo was perfect for this lift. Of course I made it my own, but I loved the idea of painting the flag behind the photo.
For Hoarders, Colour and Project 52 challenges. For hoarders I used the TOOL twist - gelatos for the flag and I finally busted out my little hand sewer that I got TWO years ago and stitched the edges (once I figured out how to load it of course)! Really happy with how this came out!
