Based on the July Pinspiration Board - Twirly Girly and Date Night collections combined. I used a stamp, stencil and distress ink, and washi tape to create the stripes in the background. I layered several patterned papers behind the photo and used pop dots to give it dimension. I used lots of fun stickers and brads from the two lines.
