Give a Cheer
We have a parade here in our development every year, it includes decorated golf carts. This photo is our next door neighbor and her Dachshund "Joey". I made the flag embellishment using little stickers on a circle of red cardstock I cut with my cricut. I cut the butterflies, then stickled them. I crocheted the dark blue strips on each side. I used star stickers I glued on the red flowers. I made the USA strip across the top from $ shop bracelets, then I inked and stickled the lace under that.
