This is a double page layout of some of my paternal great-grandmother's family. Her mother married for a second time three years after the death of her late husband. He left behind not a young window, but also a infant daughter. My great-grandmother kept in touch with her mother and step-father through letters after, she married my great-grandfather. They when down to Ohio in 1923. After the death of their second son. To help my great-grandmother with her grieve of losing a child. My great-grandfather probably thought it would not only help him. But also make his wife feel better after visiting her family in Ohio. Nobody especially in her family would have imagine that it would be the last time. They would see my great-grandmother alive. She died a year later after birth of her 8th and last child in 1924 she was only 33 years old. She didn't have a lot to do with her step-siblings or three half- siblings. When her mother remarried again she would gain five step-children. So, my great-grandmother wasn't an only child anymore she got five new step-brothers and sisters. Her mother and step-father would have three children together. Between the children they had with their late spouses and their own children. It would be 9 children in the family. I got some of these pictures in an email from a distance cousin. Who meet one of the Howe descendants. Who give her some pictures to scan. She was kind of enough to email me some of these pictures. I thought to put them in my heritage layout. Since some of these people are my paternal grandfather half-Uncle, half-Aunt, maternal grandmother and cousins.
