Me and DS1 (14 yo) when he graduated 8th grade, June 2013.

What I did/used:
To "hold down" the "chicken wire" I mixed chalkboard paint with modeling paste, I also added Perfect Pearls Blue Patina to see if I could get it to be shiny-ish/blu-ish, but it doesn't show up.

I sprayed the "chicken wire" with chalkboard paint that was watered down and had Perfect Pearls Blue Patina and/or Pewter mixed in, also sprayed some with the Simply Sheer: Shade.

The papers that you can see were sprayed are actually tissue paper, one was black, one was silver, and one was a black and white print.

Challenges:
-Round Robin T3W4: I followed Sasload4's "Freezing Cold," (

I did!! Here is what happened...I saw her snowflake cutout/overlay on the left side of the page and wanted something like that. Well I live in the desert, not a lot of snow to scrap about, then one evening I was just sitting, feeling sleepy, had my head resting on my forearm, and suddenly CHICKEN WIRE!!! jumped into my head and I knew THAT was what I'd use to replace Sandra's snowflake cutout/overlay...and then things snowballed from there (seriously, there was no pun intended...at first!).
-Music: Artist w/twist (monochrome): The artist is Lucky, and no, I had NO clue there was such an artist, I literally typed "Lucky" into iTunes to see if I would get lucky and find an artist called "Lucky."
-Monochrome: Lazy Days (looked like a dk bluish-grey/steel blue to me) w/twist: Texture (I didn't even know what the twist was until posting!!)
-1 boy/1 girl/1 boy & girl
