LO for my niece Ann. I did one in 2013 for her. I hope to do one every year for her and her family.
I painted the background and stamped swirly things in the "water". The flag banner is Little Yellow Bicycle. The striped paper is old. the gold border and title cut with Silhouette. The fish and "pool part" are older Echo Park. Thanks for looking.
