I created this whimsical Christmas card using a stamp by Penny Black. The image and sentiment were stamped with Versamark and embossed with Wow embossing powders. I added jingle bells, ribbon, rhinestones, and a sequin. All my adhesive is by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L. Penny Black and Scrapbook Adhesives have teamed up this week for a fun blog hop!
