Give a Cheer
In Ireland many of the old castle grounds or estates are open to the public. We get to use the wonderful gardens and hike through the woods and around lakes, enjoying the many thousands of acres of woodlands and greenery. All of the parks have walks and hiking trails, some now have cycle tracks and a few have exercise stations where you can give yourself a workout on your morning walk.
Lauren uses it more like a playground, Nathan loves to show off his muscles and Ian and Nathan like to compete to see you is the strongest or fittest.
