Oh WONDERFUL! I love, love, love how you did your mosaic! I was beginning to think no one was going to give it a try this month :) Using the die cutting machine on the photo is a fantastic idea! You used lots of really great techniques on this one, and the result is spectacular!
This is a photo of my cousin and her daughter, both sound asleep...well mommy probably wasn't exactly sound asleep, she was probably doing that "mom sleep" thing, but it is a beautiful photo (when I don't have the faces blurred out!)
Other Products/things I did: -DCWV Le Crème Cardstock Stack - I have multiple layers of the cardstock (it was an off-white color) for the frame and the title. I made the frame in the Silhouette Studio software by layering different flourishes and welding them, then cutting the center out. After all the pieces were cut I stacked them, glued them, and "painted" them with a mix of white acrylic paint and modeling paste. Then I used the blending tool and the alcohol ink and went across so some of the edges would pick up the gold color. The title is also multiple layers of the cardstock (the font is "Brock Script") that I glued together then used Elmers Spray Adhesive on and glittered. -The BG was also a plain piece of cardstock that I used the same paint mixture on. -The bead things I made with white floral wire and some beads I've had forever. -The "enamel" dots were made with Perler beads I melted. -The flowers, glitter paste in the wood hearts, and gold striped glitter paper all came in the Birds of a Feather September Kit.
Challenges: -Four Categories: Technique: Mosaic: Used my Cameo to do that to the photo.
