(18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix, 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix, 4 eggs, 1 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 5 apples - peeled, cored, 4 sliced - 1 grated, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, Preheat oven to 350o Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan. In a large bowl, stir together the cake mix and instant pudding mix. Add the eggs, sour cream and oil, mix until well blended. Stir in 1 grated apple. In a small bowl combine the sugar, cinnamon, walnuts & 4 sliced apples. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, then place a layer of apple/ nut mixture over the batter & pour the remaining batter over the top and repeat with the remaining apple - nut mixture. Bake 60 to 70 minutes, cool in pan 30 min, remove & cool. Serve with cool whip or whip cream.
