A wooden tray that I bought unfinished, added a collage of scrapbooking paper cut out, embellished with some metal bead caps, gold embossing powder and a little ink stain, then painted the rest in Gold and green, and an 1/8th inch layer of hard shellac. This is a fun 2 day project, I give those a lot as gifts. This is also a great way to use leftover scraps of paper and other embellishments.
