Jan. 2014 was bitter cold and lots of snow here in the midwest. JT had a very long winter break from school! Thank heaven for snow! He did not even pay attention to the cold, he just had a blast being out in it! My daughter saw me doing previous LO (Sweet-N-Sassy) with buttons and she challenged me to another LO using buttons, only this time as a tree. Her's was fall ( you can take a peek at hers in her gallery "Gwemniey"), mine of course is winter. She also helped me with defining the snowman with water colors. The original photo had red on his coat so I changed it to sepia and printed it on cardstock to blend better on page. Snow Owls are clip art, pps I had in stock, no name. But one was glitter pp that I tore to make snow drifts.
