Give a Cheer
My dd was in 9 dances in her recital in 2011 - this one was for her Advanced/Intermediate Ballet class. Of her nine portraits, I only really like three, two are 'okay,' and two are terrible. The other two are not bad photos, but her expressions don't fit the dances so I don't really like them. This is one of the ones in the 'terrible' category. In 14 years and 55 portraits, this one is the very worst -- we affectionately refer to it as the 'I'm a little airplane.' picture. LOL The funny thing is, the photographer did take other shots of her where she was actually IN her pose, but he chose this one where she was looking at him and smiling between posing. Really? Oh well. They can't all be good, and I am too OCD to not scrap it, so here it is. At any rate, it was my last one for 2011, so YAY! The larger burlap flower had a big blue bead in the center - I cut it off and replaced it with a gem.
