Gorgeous layout! You commented in my gallery that you had seen my layout of this hotel in Québec City and so I had to check yours out. Yours is stunning! I misspelled the name of the hotel and had to fix it. I just got your comment - we've been out of the country and just got to Singapore a few days ago. Leaving tomorrow for Tokyo.
So pretty, like a garden, love all those embolus esp the webster resin, I wish I had ordered some. That looks like a beautiful place. That butterfly is perfect... love everything

wow Laura-this is absolutely gorgeous!! My friend was just telling me the other day how beautiful Quebec City is, with so many fabulous old buildings. Love all the fleur-de-lis images you've added.
Gorgeous mix of colours and textures. Pretty papers, embossing, ribbons, punch work, fussy cutting and gems. Love all the embells and the die cut vines.
This is a photo of Le Chateau Frontinac, in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada, that I took in August 2014. Quebec is French speaking. It's such a cultural gem, with gorgeous architecture and a European feel.
I want to thank my mom for sharing all of her scrap goodies with me so that I could make this layout at her house. I loved the butterfly, so she gave it to me. We have lost track of who it came from (sorry). The floral punched metallic paper is from Cheryl ("Chez49"). The green and cream Webster's cameo is from Gabrielle ("Gabrielle"). The newsprint flower was made by Ann ("Oakhills"). Thank you to you all!
I did some punch work, layering, embossing, inking, fussy cutting, bead work, and Cricut work on this layout. The vines are from the "Tie the Knot" cartridge. The fleur-de-lis cabochon and the blue and white one are by Martha Stewart. The green one is Websters.
THANK YOU TO ALL WHO LOOK AT THIS LAYOUT AND CHOOSE TO LEAVE ME A COMMENT FOR MY READING PLEASURE. :)
