"HAPPY BIRTHDAY" was stamped and powder embossed. The ovals for the banner were cut out with my Cricut machine. I cut strips from my scrap stash, applied them to a piece of paper then applied that to the card base. Thanks to everyone for your kind comments, votes and messages. Happy 2015! :o)Ro
