Mostly scraps for this. The hearts were cut out with my Cricut machine. The smaller one was powder embossed with clear and some holographic powder to add some sparkle to the card and I used 3D foam under it for a bit of dimension. The charm says "Made with love" and is held on with a silver brad which shows inside in case the receiver would like to keep it. The bow is a triple.
