This is gorgeous...I love those pps and how you used all the roses...peeking out and climbing the chippy. Loved the story too. Marvelous old photo How cool to be related to someone famous.
wow-what a wonderful photo to have, and this is such a beautiful page! Love the brickwork and the way you framed the photo. I know what you mean about those upsetting accidents, but in this case it just looks like the paper is weathered :)
Oh, grrrr, I hate when that happens to me! Right when you feel your lo is complete, Bammm, issue! Sometimes it can be covered up, or re-done, and I am glad you left it as is! Beautiful lo!
I love that you were inspired by Patty's page! Your layout is absolutely beautiful and so full of amazing details. The photo is a real treasure and you scrapped it with such creativity and love, Chez!
Chez, another stunner from you, it's just so beautiful. Wonderful job with the fussy cutting, adore the rose stem chippie, the hint of brick work and the music sheet, excellent job!!
Beautiful page, photo, colors, flowers, and so cool how you have the music next to the texture! That photo goes way back for sure! The chippie frame is beautiful too.
Beautiful heritage page. No accident anywhere. I just see beauty and creativity. Love the fussy cut flowers, framing of photo, wonderful brick work and wonderful design. Nice work!
Chez, your love for heritage is wonderful and the facts you know are even better. I enjoy your layouts as all the photos are unique and you do them proud in your pages. The design is beautiful, lovely colors but your narration is stunning
Wow! That turned out so pretty and I sure don't see any boo-boo under the title. It just looks like texture to me, girl! Nice work. What an awesome vintage photograph and story. Beautiful frame, fussy cutting, punching, masking and love the music bars.
hi one and all and hoping your enjoying the weekend. Recently a dear scrapping friend of mine, Asassyscrapper, Patty posted a beautiful page titled Love You Granny, it so inspired me so here is my take on Patty,s page, thanks so much for letting me lift your ideas. The Photo is of my Great great great Aunt, Harriett Farrow, who is also the relative of the movie star Mia Farrow, whose father was born here in Australia. Am still in the process of finding out more family history about us and the Farrows. My page is on G45 An Eerie Tale, and Kaisercraft Sweet Nothings. A little punching, stitching, fussy cutting, and a little stencilwork. the little dark area under the title was where I had an accident with the glimmermist, I couldn't redo the page as I didn't have anymore papers, very upsetting. Thanks all for taking a peek and take care...xo
