Since we have a 2 year old our New Years plans consisted of staying at home and watching a marathon of our favorite shows until we heard the fireworks. Then we shared a kiss and went to bed. Best part? NO HANGOVER! Haha The following Saturday we decided to kick off the new year by taking DD somewhere new...the local carnival. She was so excited when we got there. She knew she wanted to try it all. Of course we were limited by the height restrictions, but she got to ride with me on a burlap sack down the big slide and the ferris wheel. She had a great time! But at the top of the rotation DH and I looked at each other and laughed. We could both see the uneasiness in each other's eyes. Not that either of us are afraid of rides or rollercoasters, but when you have the most important person in the universe with you, you quickly realize how rickety, rusty, open, high, and un-seatbelted those things are. Haha

My resolutions written on the back of the LO.
