Painted the chipboard words and embossed the mustache with black embossing powder. Used a scrap of paper on the wine tag. Hard to see but used a great burlap ribbon with little mustaches and made a bow on the top of the wine tag. Super easy and a great way to dress up a bottle for someone with a wine stache'
