This is my entry in the February Card Challenge for the photo inspiration. I created a vellum (OK tracing paper layer) and then punched holes and tied it with ribbons to a backing sheet. I then applied punched hearts to the back and front sheets. I also stamped the sentiment by Hero Arts on both sheets and offset it just a bit.
