This is for the February Card Challenge for the theme category. It was "Love" this month. I used three strips of washi tape to create my background pattern and the my old original Sizzix dies for the letters and the hearts. The red paper is Bazzill Basics. The one washi tape is Queen & Co (the dots). The other two are by American Crafts.
