Our next stop was overlooking the picturesque fishing village of Anse La Raye. The town was named by French explores after the stingrays found in the bay. The beautiful Catholic Church was built in 1907 but records show a chapel has existed at this site since 1765! I had my first steel drum lesson. The gentleman was so nice and in no time, I was rocking Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star. LOL! I sanded the wooden buttons to make them look distressed. Thanks for your visit. I'm honored.
