Give a Cheer
The dot pp for the title and the circle, the little deer, the wire/ribbon, the circle chipboard flourish, and the cs for the photo mats & some of the flowers all came from the Birds of a Feather December 2014 kit.
All the white "puffy" on the flowers and the title is Tulip Puffy Paint - white
I used the Silhouette pen to do the title, then cut it out of the circle, filled the cut out with puffy paint then put the words back and then used the heat gun to puff it up around the letters. I also used spun sugar distress ink and embossed the title because the silhouette ink wanted to smear.
The flowers without the Puffy came from the 12x12 Core'dinations Whitewash Stack
