This was a "girl's day" on our vacation, shopping, lunch, wine and my "little" girl :-). . . I made the title with my Gypsy/Cricut and embossed it in green and purple. The colored powders with the UTEE gave it a stone kind of affect, then raised them with pop dots. I also cut the wine bottle/glass and then embossed just the top layer and kept the bottom layer white, and raised the top layer with dots also. I added a few flourishes, flowers and a deep purple heart I punched and some bling.
