Wonderful to be so appreciated, I can see how dedicated you were to your work. Dietitians are so helpful if only everyone that experienced one and applied what they learned to their life, weight would be under control, health issues better or gone, etc. I have lost 46.5 lbs. as of this morning. I will for sure keep checking the food blog.
My last month of work, I was recognized for representing WVUH and sharing the message of healthy living in the community. The employee activities committee had a fun "Super Hero" theme to the event. This was special!
