I ended up doing this as a two page layout. The left side was done first and as I was working on it I had no clue as to how I wanted to do the right side. Once the right side was complete I realized with the title done the way it was it would have to be posted as a two pager to make sense.
I used the same technique on the shell as I did on the seahorse, this time I added a skim coat of glitter paste after I added more color (Ranger, abandoned coral ink) to sections of the shell. I really liked the effect of the deeper color under the glitter paste. I may go back and add it all the way up the shell.
