For the background I used Marvy Markers on an acrylic block, spritzed the block with water and plopped the block onto water color paper and let the water do the work in moving the ink but I did add to it a couple times to get full coverage on the textured paper. Then I used the bokeh technique which I wish I hadnt used on this one, then I stamped on the flowers. "thank you" is two layers cut out with my Cricut Machine and I used some 3D foam under it.
