This is a quick, simple LO I did to save this pretty bridal shower invitation from 2010. This woman was dd's Kindergarten teacher, then her Math teacher in 5th grade, and also the Dean of Academics all through Cassie's K-8 years. We adore her. I cut the thank you note apart to just use the writing. I fussy cut the bride, flowers, title banner, and quote circle from 2 different OLD 365-Day Scrapbooking Desk Calendars that are still hoarded in my stash. I thought they matched the dress shaped invitation nicely. The circle says: Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue!
