I dry embossed the blue card stock then I powder embossed it. I trimmed it with glitter glue. I used two different ribbons. The top ribbon has two loops under the bottle cap. I decorated the bottle cap with a plastic snowflake and glitter glue. The banner was cut out with my Cricut machine then I powder embossed "Merry Christmas" Thanks so much for your comments, votes and messages :o)Ro
