One of this month's 4 Categories Challenges was to use only the colors Purple and Orange. Whoa! I was definately not going to even try that combo. It is totally outside my color pallet. But I was looking though photos last night and I saw these. If her dress can pull off those colors- so can I! Haha I really wanted to tone it down a bit so I added the Peter Rabbit BG paper...I have no idea where it came from. It was just in my stack. I am guessing it was gifted to me as its not usually my style, but gosh I just thought it really worked here. I put vellum over it to tone the colors down. Over all I am super stoked with how this turned out. I stepped out of my comfort zone a couple of ways, but I still think it looks like my style. Yay. TFL
