Yes, it's hard to believe Tess turned 1 in March! She didn't want a standard party hat, but wanted to wear my hat instead. I thought she looked like she was doing her rapper imitation, thus the title. Gracie informed me that she was not wearing a stupid hat AGAIN and she did not want her picture taken. She's so opinionated these days! LOL
