The balloons and "Happy Birthday" were inked and powder embossed. I colored the balloons with Marvy markers, then cut them out and added strings. I used a multi folded paper under the balloons to make them pop up higher once the card is removed from the envelope. I punched out the band of "flowers" on the bottom and added tiny brads for their centers. Thanks so much for your kind comments, votes and messages :o)Ro
