For Amber: My oldest daughter is turning 29 this week and just got a promotion to management so what a perfect WPlus9 sentiment for her birthday card. I watercolored the background using Distress inks and then stamped a bokeh affect over it with round stamps and white pigment ink. I'm loving the size of those Lil' Inker Designs balloons on a card. I also altered this Art Impressions stamp a little by adding an apron and switching out the cupcake she usually holds for a 3 tiered cake.
