LEMON JELLO CAKE made in 15 x 10 jelly roll pan. Follow recipe on following site BUT cut cooking time. http://www.food.com/recipe/lemon-jello-cake-2695
4 INGREDIENT OATMEAL BARS: 1 box yellow cake mix, dry, mixed with 2.5 cups quick oatmeal (dry). Melt 1 stick plus 5 TBSP. butter. Stir dry ingredients together till blended. Press 1/2 the amount firmly in a 13x9" greased sides only pan. Heat slightly 1.25 cups any flavor JAM & spread over base. Sprinkle remaining cake mixture over jam & press in lightly. Bake 375o for 18-24 minutes or until edges start to brown. Cool, store overnight covered with plastic wrap than cut serve. Great made with marmalade! I always bake the day before so flavors mellow!
