Give a Cheer
This was DGS first experience of the ocean! He was so happy and elated to get there, that he ran straight to the beach & water. There was a hurricane coming and the wind and water were so turbulant that he found out what a riptide was and what salt water tasted like. He did play in the water though for quite awhile until his little eyes could not bare anymore. So off to explore the beach! He discovered baby turtles and other critters in the sand dunes. That is where this pic was taken. Built his first sand castle. Collected shells, rocks, etc. off the beach where he was quite content. An unforgettable Family Vacation in July 2013. Lo was created for the July inspiration round 36. A gorgeous LO was chosen for me that was done by Memoriesofmygirls! A fav of mine! TFL!
