This is a photo of my Mom when she was about 4, drying the dishes. This was taken in 1951. She always wanted to help my Grandma dry the dishes. They lived in Oregon in a town named Walton. They had chickens, so I thought the chicken border under the fence and little basket went well.
I inked, crackle painted and stamped the tea cups at the top (thanks for the chip board Mellissa and Gina's designs) I used some raffia I had for the lacing with some punch work. The faucet is from Prima, Antique Tub and Faucet. The pearls are from a bag full I got at an antique shop when I was out of town and the lace is from a friend that sews and gave me a bunch of her scraps. I did some zig zag sewing along the outside punch work, but its hard to see. Also on the circle and photo.

Have a great weekend and thanks so much for stopping by~ Hugs
