I made this super mini album from using my stash (dear lizzy 5th & frolic). The theme is opening your heart and heal. I have been injured and severed from back pain for over a year. I have met a lot of people who inspired me in my recovery journey. It's a lot of pain but I have to consistently pushing myself forward to recover. This album has a lot of inspirational and powerful quotes I collected and it acts as a reminder to myself to stay strong.
