I used my Gypsy/Cricut to cut my title (I know, you're so surprised LOL!) anyway, I heat embossed it in blue with UTEE on top. I also cut the embellishment and embossed it in the same color. I stamped a background flourish on white card stock in gold embossing powder and cut an oval out to fill in the center of the embellishment. I also stamped another flourish and embossed it in gold to make the tag. Of course I used flowers - I cut the leaves with a die cut and inked them with a distress dauber. The blue daisies are made from a flower punch, I layered them to make them thicker and added a jewel in the center, and I used a Wink of Stella pen to glitter the center of the gold flower. I used a couple of jewelry pieces, and a punched butterfly under a gel circle, and of course some bling and a rub on!
