I made this using the beautiful Scraps of Elegance Lisa's Sweet September kit. Thanks for looking! I got the title of this from the name of the actress here, Lily Elsie.

I made the big blue flower using a coffee filter and some tulle. The lace is from Tresors de Luxe, and the metal piece is from Vintaj.
