Lowery Zoo really is an amazing place. We went in July and they had the whole place decked out for a light festival they do all summer. Even during the day the light effects were beautiful. DD even thought the dinosaurs in the bushes were real. She loves dinosaurs right now!!! We watch the PBS show Dinosaur train all the time, she plays with them at school, we dug up bones and rawr'ed at the full T-Rex skeleton at the science center...shoot I have to get her to rawr to open her mouth during teeth brushing at night. haha!!! Who said dinosaurs were just for little boys? Our next adventure? Dinosaur Land off I-4! As soon as the weather cools down that is where we are going. So look out dinosaurs!!

I had fun with this LO, but it gave me some anxiety. I really wanted to try my hand with blending inks. Plus I wanted to use this super fun (and busy) collection. And I had to lift this title I saw here on SB.com. All of this was too much, but if you know me I never give up. Some people like that about me...those who don't haven't mentioned it (to my face. haha) It was really tricky trying to figure out how to use the paper and the inking technique together...then once I did it I couldn't figure out the placement of the photos w/o covering up all that ink & modeling paste work I just tried. Then I was all thumbs trying to embellish. haha! And when all was said and done I still hadn't left a spot for the title! I was a hot mess. But surprisingly it only took me about 2 days (working sporadically) to get it done. I was afraid multimedia LOs took more time because of all the drying and layering, but not really...especially since I have an embossing gun (that I never use). Any hoo---> hope you like it. TFL.
