Thanks, Madonnaa! This is one of my favorite cards and it was simple to do considering I don't have a Silhouette or similiar die-cut machine. The spiders and the spider web came from the Pebbles Boo! collection Chips Ephemera package. I traced the spider web, used a craft knife to cut out a window, and glued the spider web over the window. I have a quick tutorial showing how I did it up on the Pebbles blog if you'd like to see (the link is in my description above).
