Background was made by blending Distress Inks. Then I used my Heidi Swapp confetti stencil and white gel pen to make the snow. Filled in the snow circles with Stickles. The "merry" was cut with my Cricut, and "Christmas" was stamped and embossed. The penguin was also stamped and embossed, and painted with some watercolor pencils. The snow bank was made by tearing a little paper and adding some more stickles to the top to look like snow.
