I hand punched and double layered the circles that became balloons. I added the mouth pieces and strings and used 3D foam under the blue one for dimension. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" are very old chipboard stickers. I also added brads on the bottom to match the balloons. Included is the envelope I made.
