I figured out how to make the Simple Stories 4x6 Vertical Pocket Pages work in the Carpe Diem A5 Planners - or any A5 planner, for that matter! The 2 holes in the pocket pages line up with the 2nd and 4th holes on standard A5 rings. I used an A5 bookmark as a template and then punched the extra holes in the pocket page to fit in my planner! Super easy!
