Lindsey Girls 1956

My first glitter project. This has been evolving over a week, as I convince myself of more tequniques. I also implemented some thift store finds in the doilies and a bead. I enjoyed playing with the texture paste, ink sprays and Glossy Accents. I wanted to glam this photograph up, for my mother and aunts (models) were extremly poor as children. They were rich in family and values and this image shows that money does not buy love. I used fabric and netting against the backer board of paper, with jet bugle beads to accent. I decided not to stitch the edges at this time, nor use stickers or diecut lettering, as I liked the distress with the glitter bomb.
