Happy Birthday card, used 1 stamp (balloon stamp), 2 pieces of paper, and 3 spots for sequin shaker (inside 3 balloons). Paper and sequins were hoarded. Based off the idea in the embellishment class to use sequins in a shaker. The washi tape is an old Heidi Swapp Travel washi.
